To request the use of copyrighted material:      All requests for the use of material copyrighted by Sheila Rae Myers and the SR MYERS Gallery must be made in writing and sent to the Gallery via the U.S. Postal service. No permission for use will be granted to requests made via any of the e-mail links provided throughout this site. Written requests must contain the following information: 1) The full name of the individual and/or organization. 2) Contact information of the requesting parties. This includes full street address, e-mail address, and phone number. If the request is being made on behalf of an organization, please include the contact information for both the individual requesting the material and the organization. 3) The name and/or description of the material being requested. 4) Specify how and where the material will be used. 5) Specify how long the material will be in use. 6) If the material is to be used in a product (ex: t-shirts, books, greeting cards, etc.), please indicate the exact use of the material. Please include the product being offered, the extent of marketing, and if the product is being offered by a for profit or non-profit organization. A fee may be required for certain usage. 7) All requests must be signed and dated by the person making the request. If an organization will be using the material, the request must be signed by an authorized representative.      You may be contacted via e-mail if there are points that need clarification. You may not use any copyrighted material before receiving written permission from the Gallery. Please keep a copy of all correspondence on file for later reference. This will provide assistance if a dispute arises at a later date.      NOTE: The granting of permission to use copyrighted material in no way transfers copyright to the individual/organization granted such permission. All material may only be used as agreed upon at the time the request was made.
