I, Sheila Rae Myers, believe that all information gathered via the use of contact links is to be used specifically by myself or the Gallery representatives to answer questions, respond to comments about this website, and/or process sales orders. What does this mean for the visitors to the SRMyers Gallery?

1. All correspondence between visitors and the Gallery will be kept private.
2. We do not knowingly respond to any e-mail sent by individuals under the age of 16. This is done to avoid conflict with child privacy laws.
3. All information received may or may not be kept on record, this is fully explained below.
4. Names, addresses, copies of letters from the requester, and responses for use of copyrighted material will be kept on file indefinitely for later reference.
5. A purchaser's name, purchase date, product description(s), total cost, and payment method will be kept on file for five (5) years for tax purposes.
6. A complete copy of all  transactions will be kept on file for a period of one (1) year for a study of marketing trends.
7. No information, in any form, gathered by the Galley will be released to any individual, organization, or the general public for use in any way. This includes, but is not limited to telemarketers, internet/postal service mailing lists, organizations collecting marketing data, or non-profit/not for profit organizations.
8. The only exception made for the release of private information will be in the event of legal actions on the part of the Gallery, the visitor, or other involved parties. This information will only be released to those persons with positive identification of the organization and/or individual involved.
9. This site only monitors the number of visitors and the referring URL. We do not make use of cookies, spyware, adware, or other technologies.
10. Periodically, changes may be made to this privacy statement. Please visit this page each time you visit to be aware of any changes.
11. I cannot be held responsible for the actions of the webmasters of any site linked to SRMyers Gallery. For the privacy offered at other sites, be sure to read their posted notices.
12. The privacy of any information received via this site will be bound by the privacy statement in force at the time of collection.

     I have owned and operated several web sites over the past years. To my knowledge, there has never been any complaints filed against me in regards to violations of my posted privacy statements. I can only give you, my visitor, my honest word that I will never intentionally violate this statement, in whole or in part.
