Sheila has always been
interested in writing books, both fiction and non-fiction, that reflect a
Christian worldview. Most new authors will realize the difficulty in getting
published by one of the big name publishers. Sheila has opted to make some
of her books available in CD-ROM form. You read the book on your home
computer or laptop just as you would view a website. Future plans include
locating a printing company to produce paperback versions of these books for
those who prefer holding a book in their hands. Here, for the first time,
these efforts have an outlet to be made available to the public. Although
there are "prices" listed,
these are only a suggested donation to cover the expenses of reproduction
and printing. This donation also covers the cost of postage and any

Jake's Journey
He's a homicide detective, he's a loving husband, and
he's lost. Jake's entire world revolves around his job and his wife. But
what is a man to do when his entire world seems to be crashing down around
him? What began as a normal homicide, if such a description exists, turns
into something more as someone from within the ranks tries to sabotage the
investigation, a gang labels him a marked man, and a man from his past
exacts revenge by killing his wife.
This is Sheila's first novel. It combines a detective story
with romance and revolves around a man's search for what really matters in
life. This is a current work in progress with a projected completion date
of January 2009. |
