Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is lovely, whatever is
admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things. -- Philippians 4:8

A  CHRISTIAN  LIFE   page 4

out of our sense of love for God. These are the tools God uses to help us in our spiritual walk. God will guide us to the most appropriate places and people to help us grow. We can trust and follow.

Relationship
The most important thing to know and to understand about the life of a Christian is it's a real relationship between individual people and God. God isn't some impersonal being that cares nothing about his creations. He isn't a king ruling over a sea of faces he knows nothing about. God knows every person, Christian and non-Christian alike, by name as well as everything about them. Knowing that God watches over us as a parent does a child, how is it we find it so difficult to trust him as we so unquestioningly trusted our parents when we were infants and young children; as we still trust our parents regardless of our age? God is ready to help us with everything the moment we hand the control over to his hands. By developing our relationship with God we may face some ridicule from others, but our lives will be enriched, become more peaceful, and the future will be amazing.

By accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior and by believing in God and his Word, or more simply put, becoming a Christian, we become children of God. Children completely trust their parents and are at peace, free from all cares and worries. The same is true of life in Christ, our life with God. The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children (Romans 8:16). We are his children and we trust him.
Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when he appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is (1 John 3:2). We'll never be perfect until Christ returns. Until that day, we need to continue living and growing in our faith and letting our love for God be reflected in our actions.
