Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is lovely, whatever is
admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things. -- Philippians 4:8

OUR  MISSION

CrossRose Friends Internet Outreach (CFIO) is a ministry of CrossRose Friends Church created for the purpose of proclaiming the Gospel and teaching God's truth to the world via the internet.
We here at CrossRose Friends were called by God to share the Gospel with as many people as possible. Jesus himself told the disciples - and we believe this applies to all Christians today - to go into the world and preach the Good News (Luke 16:15). This Gospel, or Good News, is summed up in John 3:16 when Jesus tells us that God loves the whole world and that those who believe in his Son, Jesus Christ, will have eternal life. We are here to be a witness to both believers and non-believers who are searching for answers about this truth.
We feel led to reach out to non-Christians and the un-churched with what we believe to be the truth as taught through God's Word - the Bible. The best way to do this is to avoid being "Bible-thumpers", "Hell fire and brimstone preachers", or attempting to "shove the Word of God down people's throats". No one can force anyone to believe anything against their will, so we choose to present the truth in easily understood lessons and terminology; however, we realize it's up to each individual to read the studies and either accept or reject what's being taught.
We feel led to reach out to everyone professing to be a Christian. Bumper sticker theology proclaims "Sitting in your garage doesn't make you a car ... sitting in church doesn't make you a Christian." While proclaiming the Gospel, we feel an obligation to ensure every Christian knows what it means to be a Christian and the steps God outlines to know we've accepted his free gift of salvation.
We feel led to reach out to our brothers and sisters in Christ. Regardless of your denominational beliefs or doctrines, we present many lessons that are applicable to all Christians. We teach the Word in an easy to understand language, backed by Biblical references. As members of the Body of Christ, it's our responsibility to present the Word of God so each Christian is equipped for all good works, live their lives in a way approved by God, and uplift our brethren.

Our mission can be summed up as follows:
We, the staff of CFIO, are using the internet as a means to uplift the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and carry out his commands to the first apostles to preach the Gospel to the world (Luke 16:15), make disciples of all nations (Matthew 18:19), and teach them to be followers of Christ (Matthew 18:20). We strive to always give praise and worship to God, evangelize to non-Christians, disciple the saints, and uplift and encourage our brethren through our teachings.
